The new Passpack has been rebuilt from the ground up, so there are a few steps you will need to take to migrate your passwords from the old system to the new.
How to move your passwords
First, you will need to export your passwords from Passpack 7. To get started sign into your account at https://www.passpack.com/online
You can find the export tool by opening the tool menu.
Then select Export from the menu.
Leave the information on this page at the default settings and select the Continue button.
Flash is not enabled for most modern browsers so you will not be able to use the Save to File button. Instead, you will need to copy and paste the data into a plain text file using Notepad, Text Edit, or some other text editor of your choice.
Make sure that you are saving the file as plain text (.txt) and not a document format such as .doc.
Now select the Save to File button and save the file somewhere that you will remember. If you cannot see this button then adobe flash is not enabled for your browser. To enable it you can find instructions at the following links.
Safari - https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-safari.html
Chrome - https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-chrome.html
Once you have exported your passwords from Passpack 7, use the following instructions to import them into your Passpack 8 account:
Go to your Passpack 8 settings by selecting Settings from the menu.
Go to Import in the Settings Menu.
Select the Select a File to Import button. Use the dialog to locate and open the file that contains the passwords you exported from your Passpack 7 account.
After you have opened the file, Passpack will add those entries to your account. You can view them by clicking on the Go to Passwords button.
This will take you to your password list.
