June 4, 2010: This issue should be fixed
There was a known issue which, at some point during the login process, you see a blank, white screen and can not access your Passpack Desktop application. If you have encountered this bug, please get the latest version of Passpack Desktop here.
If you already have the most up to date version of Passpack Desktop, and the problem persists, you maytry and install Adobe AIR 2 release candidate as well.
If it still doesn't work, then you should contact us. Make sure to let us know you have the most updated version of Passpack Desktop, and have already tried installing Adobe AIR 2 (if you don't we'll just ask you anyway - wink).
