Congratulations! People with a promocode have usually won a contest, or have done something extraordinary. Usually a promocode entitles you to a discount, an upgrade or additional services on your Passpack account. Each promocode is unique and can be used only once.
How to Use Your Promocode
If you don't have a Passpack account yet, sign up for a free account before continuing. From inside your Passpack account, go to Account > Packages & Pricing link in the upper-right hand corner of your screen. The pricing table will appear.
If you have a promocode for a Free+ account, or for additional services on your Free account, click the link Have a Free+ promocode? in the Free column. Enter your promocode in the filed that appears and press the OK button.
If you have a discount or free upgrade on a paid account, enter your promocode in the field in the appropriate column then press the red Buy Now button. If there is no payment due, you do not have to provide any payment information.
That's it, you're account should be immediately updated.

Can I Give My Promocode To a Friend?
Yes you can. Promocodes are not assigned to any particular person, however please remember that they can only be used once. If you give your promocode to your friend, you will not be able to use it for yourself.
I Used My Promocode But My Account Didn't Change, Help?
This happens sometimes, though rarely. Try logging out of your account, then sign back in again. If the changes have still not been applied, contact us and we'll get you taken care of.
