In the main list of password, there are a series of buttons for quick copying User ID, Password and Email. If you click one that has no entry, it (rightfully) pops up "Nothing to copy to clipboard". However, it might be better to disable or even remove the button entirely.
The bad flow for me is:
- Open tab with login page
- As tab is loading, switch to Passpack and find entry
- Realize I don't know if login requires user ID or email (or both), so I have to switch back to login tab (I have a lot of sites in use, so memorizing is difficult)
- Switch back to Passpack and copy relevant ID
- Switch to login page to paste in user ID or email
It would be nice if, for example, because the entry for User ID is disabled/missing, I could infer that "Ah, this site must use emails to login" and not have as much tab switching necessary..
It's a minor complaint, to be sure, but what can I say? Flow is important.
Furthermore, I believe the described "disabled" state was present in the old Passpack version (7?), so this is arguably a regression.
