Unable to access ANY passwords

    Where is the latest version of build 7? I had to use a old password for a older version 7. It's like I have access to my account from two years ago only. Time to move to another password manager thanks for breaking your shit guys.

    Can’t access any passwords on any device.  How on earth did this make it to production?  Have you not heard of DevOps?

    What is the current status for the restore of the functionality of passpack? Currently the "save" feature is not working as designed, dashboard is "temporarily unavailable", messages is "temporarily unavailable" but on the positive side I now have access to my passwords. 

    This implementation/upgrade has not been successful so it would be very helpful to have some kind of communication plan in place for the end-user community so that we have some idea of what the heck is going on with our Passpack accounts.

    Agree with everyone else. Cannot access ANY passwords or the main screen at all today as it just keeps loading. Looks a lot like someone has hacked the system but I am assuming from this conversation that it is an unannounced upgrade! Very frustrating as all work passwords are on this system. May have to revert to paper versions in future, defeating the purpose of having passpack at all. When will this be resolved please?

    • I am unable to save any new info/changes in my records. It just doesn't do anything when I click, "SAVE". I've tried logging out and back in. I only get the option to 'CANCEL' and then it doesn't save my changes. This is a BIG problem. Please fix ASAP.

    We are 2 weeks now since what appears to be an accidental release of an early prototype to production, forcing end users to workaround using the new faulty tool, and cut off all communication with their customers.  I have a feeling this company is on its way out of business.

    If you want to export your passwords go to Settings and then Export Data.  This will result in a comma delimited file.  I'll let you know the process I use and new product I import to in case you put customer service and quality software on a priority.
