Are the Passpack Product managers active in this community? I see and agree with the complaints about v8, but (troublingly) am not seeing any responses from Passpack.
Working in IT, I am (somewhat) understanding of issues during new version releases, intermittent outages, etc. However, v8 is very wrong from a design standpoint. It is not usable.
My annual subscription just processed. I imagine that many users will terminate unless these issues are resolved. Passpack has been my workhorse for years, it would be a shame to have to switch.
Can the Passpack Product team restore my confidence in the service?
