    Same here - need access ASAP...no response from tech support. What is going on?

    Exactly no response on ticket or email to support@passpack.com, cleared browser cache, and tried under chrome, explorer, edge, and firefox, with no way to sign in still.  Just looked at a couple of the posts in other areas of the community.  Company sounds like they are in trouble or something.  I was just charged for renewal recently.  What's going on here?

    Don't know if the last Adobe Flash Player update caused a problem with the Sign-in button, as that is the only thing that changed on my system since the last good login.

    It appears that a bug was affecting a handful of users, and you were among them.  The issue has been resolved and you should be able to log in. If you are still having any trouble please let us know.

    I know Passpack wasn't down. The website loaded just fine. It was the login didn't work. After all of the recent problems and the many reports here about the impending failure of this company I've decided to get my passwords out while I can and move on. Thanks!

    Same problem here. Tongiht all I can access the dashboard but in front of my eyes all the passwords on the entire system reverted to ZERO! I have lost everything. Also have raised a ticket but no response yet. Nightmare for the 2nd time in a couple of months. Really no longer confident with this system and considering alternatives for sure.

    None for us yet. Have been able to login again but still says "0" passwords on my system. Very worrying! Hoping they can roll back and retrieve them all.

    Probably new version v8 it's really resource intensive for the hardware since i can access v7 but the main problem there is that all password are old

    Finally the new interface show up my password i need to clear cache and in settings local data do a reset.
